This year's Climate Survey was created by the Kansas Association of School Boards (KASB) and approved by our Board of Education. This information was gained through a Kansas Open Records Act (KORA) request. There is a lot to unpack in this document and we will certainly be referring to it again and again. Below is the survey with comments from the staff. The survey is given annually to all district staff. The survey is taken anonymously & the comments section has redactions made by district administration. The school district posted the graphs to the questions on the USD469 website, but we feel stakeholders should have access to the comments by the staff in the documents, too.
